Notes
When are you eligible to take the final exam?
You may take your exam when you have been enrolled in your course for 18 days. To take your second course test you must have been enrolled for 36 days. To take your third final exam you must have been enrolled for 54 days.
Test Dates
Course completion dates should be synced to the start dates listed above. Students can take their first test 18 days from their enrollment date. They can take their second test 36 days from their enrollment date and their third test 54 days from their enrollment date.
Test Results
Test scores are sent immediately after the finish button is pressed.
What If You Don’t Pass Your Test?
If you do not pass your first test, you may take the test again immediately if you wish. If you do not pass the first test a second time, you must wait 18 days before you can take the same test again. During the time you are waiting to take the first test again you may take the test for your second course test if you are ready.
To Take Your Exam Online
We recommend that you write down your answers on the blank piece of paper or on a printable test answer sheet. Once you begin your test, if there is an internet interruption you may have to restart your test.
You must meet the minimum enrollment/study time of 18 days per course prior to taking the final exam. You may take multiple course exams on the same day provided you have met the minimum enrollment/study period for each course.
Once you are eligible to take an exam, the option to “Take your Exam” will display next to each course. You may start with any exam. Once an exam has been selected, the exam availability will update to display when the next exam(s) are available.
The earliest you may take your exam(s) with enrollment date of 04/26/2021 is: (note: this date should be linked to the enrollment date at the top of the profile page).

Final Exam Instructions for Students
Introduction
These instructions are designed to guide you through the exam process and to inform you of all exam requirements. Please read these instructions carefully before starting the exam.
Objectives
- To ensure a fair and uniform assessment for all participants.
- To inform participants about the rules, guidelines, and identification requirements for the exam.
1. Preparation
- Online Exam: Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
- In-Person Exam: Arrive at the exam location at least 30 minutes in advance.
2. Identification
You will be required to present valid photo identification before taking the exam. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- A valid government-issued identification card (e.g., driver’s license, passport).
- A current student ID card with photo, signature, and student number.
3. Materials
Only bring authorized materials into the exam room. Unapproved materials like cell phones or notes are not allowed.
4. Timing
The exam has a set duration. Time will be announced at regular intervals. Once the time is up, all participants must stop writing or submitting answers immediately.
5. Technical Issues
If taking the exam online, immediately report any technical issues to the proctor or instructor.
6. Breaks
No breaks are allowed during the exam unless specified otherwise.
7. Questions
Direct all questions or concerns to the proctor or instructor. Do not disturb other participants.
8. Submission
Submit your exam paper or online exam within the allocated time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
9. Academic Integrity
All work submitted must be your own. Cheating or plagiarism will result in a failing grade and may have further academic consequences.
10. Review
Do not discuss the exam questions with others until after the exam period has ended.
Note: You may take any one exam at the end of the 18 day period and a second exam 18 days later, and so on every 18 days. If you would rather take the final exams for all your courses at the same time, you must be enrolled for the minimum enrollment period for the number of courses you are enrolled in. For example, if you are enrolled in three courses and would like to take the final exams for all three courses at the same time, you must meet the minimum enrollment period of 54 days before taking all the final exams on the same day.
To complete each course, you must pass your final exam with a score of at least 60%. If you fail an exam, you may retake the final exam immediately or at a later date within the enrollment period without additional charge. After 2 failed attempts, you must wait an additional 18 days for that exam to be retaken.
The final exam is open book, consisting of 100 multiple choice questions. You have 2 ½ hours to complete each final exam. To take the final exam, click on the words “Take Exam” following the name of the course in the “List of courses” above. You will be taken to the “Start Test” page. On the “Start Test” page, click on the “Start your test” button. A pop-up window containing the exam will appear. Read the questions and select the answers.
You have 2 ½ hours to complete the test. If you have not answered all the questions in the 2 ½ hours, the test will stop and you will be graded on the number of questions you answered correctly. As noted above, we recommend you write down your answers on a separate piece of paper in case of a WiFi interruption.
The final exam(s) are all Open Book. You have 2 ½ hours to complete each final exam. If you fail your first attempt, you may take the test again immediately. If you do not pass the second time you must wait 18 days to take that test again. Upon completion of the exam, click the “Finish” button. Your exam will be graded immediately and your results posted.
To keep our tests secure, our online tests are not to be printed. Under State regulations we are not able to provide you with a list of the questions you did not answer correctly.
To pass the final exam you need to get 60% of the answers correct.
